I checked in and was surprised I only had to wait about 5 minutes. I was expecting it to drag on, so that put me in a better mood right away. My order came out fast too, and everything was totally fine.

I order from frysfood.com often, mostly because I’m not the most patient person when it comes to grocery shopping. The pickup staff have always been really friendly though. They say hi, help with the bags, and even when it’s busy, they don’t make you feel like you’re bothering them. It just makes the whole pickup process a lot less annoying

Had an issue with my order and expected the usual runaround, but support fixed it fast and the refund came through quicker than I thought. Almost too smooth, like they knew I was about to start asking questions. Not complaining though, they handled it without giving me any trouble...

I shop at Fry’s often, the store is usually clean whenever I go in. The floors aren’t trashed, the carts don’t feel gross, and the produce section actually looks kept up, which is more than I can say for some other stores. Like, why is it so hard for some places to not have lettuce leaves and mystery puddles everywhere? My only real gripe is the bathrooms. They’re not horrifying or anything, but they definitely could be checked more often. Sometimes there’s no paper, sometimes it’s a little messy, and it’s just one of those small things that makes you go, “Come on, someone has to notice this.” Overall, I’d still give it 4 stars. It’s clean enough that I’m comfortable shopping there, but a little more attention to the bathrooms would make a big difference.

That said, if the deals stop being worth it or the coupons get annoying to use, I’d probably start shopping somewhere else.
